At Super Fat Laces we want our customers to enjoy a hassle free and enjoyable shopping experience. For this reason, we try and make the process of returning goods simple

You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days of receiving our order confirmation email. If we have not yet despatched the goods, we will cancel your order and make an immediate repayment. You can cancel an order by emailing help@superfatlaces.com or calling us on +44 (0)844 324 9174

Returning an item

When cancelling your order, if you have already received the goods you can return any unopened goods within 30 days. Once we have received and checked your goods, we will credit you with the value of the returned items.

If you are returning an item because of an error made on our part or because it is defective, we will be more than happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the goods to you and your costs in returning them to us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for delivery charges in connection with your purchase.

Please take care to use the correct postage when returning your goods. If the correct postage has not been paid we incur charges, we will deduct any charges incurred from you not paying the correct postage to return your item(s) from your refund.

Please note a pair of shoelaces or socks will not post in the UK with a standard 1st class stamp. To return one pair of shoelaces of socks you will need to use a 1st class large letter stamp.

To return an item, please email help@superfatlaces.com. We will provide you with an RMA number (return merchandise authorisation). Please quote this in your returns package along with your goods in their original, unopened packaging. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Whilst Super Fat Laces makes reasonable effort to ensure we sell only the highest quality goods, we do not offer any guarantee or warranty schemes other than those offered by the product manufacturers.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and both you and Super Fat Laces agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
